In the 50s the famous Italian firm Mellini and Martignoni starts to distribute its quick joint for irrigation, which is now very well received by the agricultural holdings in Europe, Africa and South America. Subsequently, all the the joint Mellini rights were acquired by Giunti SpA, which renames it Robur. Today the name Robur has spread to over 40 countries, and thanks to its high performance in pressure resistance is extremely modern and competitive. Despite having a wide field of applications the Robur joint is particularly appreciated in systems using irrigation machines. Pressure resistance is fully compatible with the working pressures of self-propelled machines.
